I bought one bath bomb as a treat to myself for Halloween, and then called to cancel the membership that just auto-goes when you order ANYTHING. November i saw a charge, and my husband i thought had bought one for me or something, because id cancelled it, so i told him to make sure he cancels his, and he said he didnt order anything. So they charged me again and i called. "Due to sanitary reasons" they cant give me my money back. Can't. So i cancelled again. December rolls around and I get charged AGAIN and it's for a scent I cannot even have, because i am highly allergic to Jasmine. Same situation. No refund, manager says no, supervisor says no. So for Halloween, i get a 20$ order and by the end of it i am 120$ in the hole. This website is a scam and I've even done some research and a lot of others feel the same, and even more research reveals that you can get similar rings online for 2-3$ a piece.
What a mess. What a lot of money. I won't ever go here again and I'm telling everyone I know that they dont budge a single bit, They don't work with you, They waste your time, (I was on hold and the call lasted 45 minutes), just don't bother. Anyone wanna buy a bath bomb? I'm not gonna use it, lol.

My order took 3 weeks to ship, none of my customer service inquiry emails were answered, part of my order was cancelled without offering me any other options (I was notified that my products were "oversold" weeks after my order was placed), I never received shipping information until I was alerted it was out for delivery that day, and even that was unsuccessful as my address (provided correctly to Fragrant Jewels) was given incorrectly to FedEx and I had to spend three days on the phone with FedEx to get my package to me. Complete scam.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I bought some body scrubs from them that I thought came with free shipping and 20% off. I did not realize I was signing up for their "inner circle". When the order arrived. I called and canceled the "inner circle" membership. Two weeks later I received 3 bath bombs - which smelled so bad with cheap perfume, they triggered a migraine. I called them back and was told I didn't tell them I didn't want any more shipments when I canceled the membership. When I told them that was implied. they changed their story to: "The shipment had already been sent" when I canceled the membership (even though I called the day I received it). They will not refund my money. When I spoke with their "customer service person" and then a supervisor. they both said the same thing: :I am sorry you feel that way, is their anything else I can do for you?"

Nice bath bombs BUT

I have been ordering these for quite a while I get the bath bombs mostly a few candles for gifts I had finally saved up enough points to get free jewelry and something glitched and they never sent it to me. They now have sterling silver rings but I will say that they do tell you that the rings can be costume they are pretty but they will turn or dicolor after a while

First of all my products came in yesterday and it has been a month in a half that I ordered. So shipping is definitely one problem of many. When I finally got my products lets just say I was unsatisfied. The perfume smells horrible and the bath bombs dyed my bathtub and myself and ruined a few of my towels. The rings are pretty but does not justify the fact that I paid quite a bit of money for the product and was unsatisfied. And had to use lemon, salt and water to get rid of the blue it dyed my skin! Very unlikely to order from this company again! I'm going back to my Bubblybell and sticking with them at least I know that I will get my order in a timely manner and get a good product!

Cheap product for high price!

The candles and the bath bombs work except that the rings all turn my fingers green within an hour of wearing them. I can't wear any of the rings bc they're cheap and tacky!

Fragrant jewels rocks

Let me just start off by saying that everyone on here that leaves fragrant jewels a bad review is absolutely nuts! This company treats its customers very well and if you had a bad experience it’s probably your own fault. Like turning your finger green? Ladies... really? For 16.95 did you think that you were gonna get sterling silver and a great bath bomb? And yeast infections happen in baths because you don’t rinse your lady parts before you get out. While bb are amazing, sometimes they have glitter that can throw off ph. Now, let me be clear about customer service, no company is perfect and yes, you will have to wait to talk to someone. It is not our job to decide why they have certain protocols. When I cancelled mine, I had no problem. When I opened it back up I had no problem. Just because you don’t like a scent of theirs doesn’t make them a bad company...SMH. This is a very lucrative business whom a lot of women would lose their minds if it wasn’t around. I’m in love with every aspect of it, and while they may have flaws, the wonderful products they supply outweigh those.

Sketchy business practices

Products are nice (I hear), but they use sketchy business practices. I apparently "won" a $1000 ring but they refused to send me the prize. Bait-and-switch prices in ads (they advertise one price then charge a higher price).

Will not let me cancel.
Charges me an absurd amount every month for a candle and bathbomb duo. The smell is a cheap fragrance. The ring turned my finger green. Bathbombs made with cheap dye that stains skin and porcelain. Attempted to cancel repeatedly, hold times """"DUE TO COVID"""" are ridiculous a YEAR after the pandemic began, an over twenty minute hold is unacceptable. I emailed them, they told me to call. I have a life, I do not have time to wait, despite their hold lines claiming they care. Absolute garbage product and a garbage scheme.

A little disappointing

I got two bath bombs and it was fun seeing what was inside and enjoying the fragrance and color it adds to your bath water. However, one of my rings catches on everything, is so flimsy it has completely bent, and lost a stone the first time I wore it. One of the bath bombs also stained my bathtub and I can't get it out.

On top of that, weeks after I placed my order and it had been confirmed, they emailed me and told me they were out of what I ordered and I needed to pick something else. Probably not purchasing again.

DONE!

I bought a couple hundred dollars in items from them this last purchase and the shipping said the 18th now fedex is telling me maybe not till the 30th they don't know. The shipping when I order d said 3-7 business days one shipped (the 16th) I'll be using on of the higher reviews similar companies from now on. Wish I could get my shipping costs back go through bubbly belle, literally anyone else.

I am really upset

I am really upset. I ordered in January because I had the money from my birthday. The jewelry came and I didn't expect it to be perfect. The jewelry seemed cheap and left a ring on my finger but I expected that. What I didn't expect was that I would get charged again in March! I really needed that money for my medications and now it's gone! I really just want the $35.59 back and I'll be fine...

I've had gifts from them from my mom, who paid for them and got accidentally signed up for a membership, luckily they fixed that real quick. I've bought them myself now and I absolutely LOVE them! I see people having issues with them but they must have fixed the issue.

They tell you to call them to cancel a…

They tell you to call them to cancel a subscription you did not authorize, and they never answer the phone number that is provided. You email them, because supposedly you can cancel this way - and they tell you to call a number that they do not answer. There is something seriously wrong with their products as well - stains your skin, and candles that aren't real wax...

About 1-3$. You can buy a version that's similar online for a few dollars. They are not real.

I personally have not experienced this, but I should say not since they are good quality. (The rings with the bombs and candles not the vault free ones)
